The investment was located in the center of Wrocław, close to Park Południowy. The complex consists of nine exclusive villas in a nostalgic prewar style with an underground parking lot and recreational facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, gym and space intended for green areas.
In each building one-storey or two-storey apartments have been designed with surface areas ranging from 50 to 120 square meters with terraces and balconies, equipped with air-conditioning and under floor heating.
This area has been designed by utilizing the finest materials with particular care given to architectural details.
