Idea:
„A room with a view”, Cologne’s panorama with the Cathedral visible from the main passage of the hotel
The facility consists of two elements: the hotel, business offices and shopping facilities. For the project a five star hotel with 250 rooms was planned. The main entrance is located at Pipinstrasse. More than 80 per cent hotel rooms are located at the level of 19 meters
They are built on the three U-shaped storeys, oriented towards the Cologne Cathedral.
