Idea:
Villas in the park
The idea is to design the property in such a way that it replicates and enhances the historic townscape. The newly designed green spaces form a unit with the existing park.
Two storeys of the building create a façade that has been sculpted with balconies, conservatories and lounges. The large windows of the “porte fenêtre” type give the
